This is a template provided for launch and must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel for your jurisdiction before relying on it.

Flavero uses only what's needed to make the product work. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Always used (strictly necessary)

  • flv_session (cookie, dashboard only): keeps venue staff signed in. HttpOnly, expires after 30 days.
  • flv_signed_in (cookie, dashboard only): tells our pages to show “Dashboard” instead of “Log in”. Contains no identifier.
  • flv_lang (cookie): the language you picked on a venue's page. Expires after a year.
  • flv:consent (local storage): remembers your Allow / No thanks choice.
  • flv:queue (local storage): ratings you submitted without signal, kept until they're sent (at most 24 hours).

Only if you tap Allow on a venue's page

  • flv:<venue>:session (local storage): a random ID so one visit counts once. Expires after 12 hours.
  • flv:<venue>:run / interest / rated (local storage): your latest picks and ratings, so you can come back to them. Stored only on your phone.
  • Offline copy (browser cache): the venue's pages, scripts and menu images, so the menu works without signal.

With No thanks, none of these are saved and anything saved earlier is removed. You can also clear everything at any time in your browser settings; the service keeps working without it.
